A small commercial law firm in Auckland CBD with 2 partners and a legal executive, specialising in commercial leasing, franchise agreements, and business sales. Their typical clients are SMB owners navigating property leases, purchasing businesses, or expanding through franchise models. They kept losing pitches to mid-size firms who could assign 3-4 lawyers to a matter.
